We take every precaution to ensure that our products reach you in pristine condition. We can however not accept any reclamations on damage caused by shipping and transportation to foreign country’s. Please consult your local post organization for complaints about delivery’s.
If one of our products doesn’t meet your expectations, for an obvious reason like recording- or printing faults, please send us a message and we tell you where to send the item to. We will refund your shipping costs and send you a new item. Limited edition CD’s cannot be replaced by the same number, and can only be replaced as long as the item is in stock. If the item is no longer available we can choose to do a refund.
Reclamations must be received within 15 days of the delivery date.
Deliveries and complaints are subject to legislation by Dutch government and law.
